Same named theater “Cine Princesa” now exists at Calle de la Princesa 5 , and it was previously “Alphaville” . I saw “The Performance” there on August 1978.
Yes it was ! The building that has Neon Tower is not a cinema but an apartment. The cinema situate end of the pathway

I saw 2 films on 03/27/2019 “Give Me A Ride” and “A First Farewell”.also On 01/17/2020 I saw “Richard Jewell”,“Official Secrets”,“Judy”
It reopened as Premiere Elements of Broadway Chain (圓方戲院)
Petit Casino (July 1986) At that time,open only on weekends
