How can I get in touch with you to find out more about this theatre and its potential purchase?
I run a non-profit film society in Massachusetts (www.mvfilmsociety.com), but my ultimate goal is to own or operate a non-profit art cinema, screening first run, revival and community oriented films.
It currently only has approx. 220 seats.

Visit the British Film Institute’s web site (google the url), and they have an archived PDF on that subject.
