Our father Barrie Brettoner was the inaugural organist, and I have several photos & fragile newsprint of our parent’s time in Copenhagen. Having married just before departing Australia for England (dad was born East Riding region Yorkshire UK); seeking fame and a furthering musical career, this was like an extended honeymoon for the young couple. They returned to England & finally returned home to Australia just after the outbreak of WW II.
My father Barrie Brettoner was the resident organist here circa 1937/8 to the end of 1939; when he mum & my two older brothers returned to Sydney NSW Australia, thus escaping the worst of WWII.

Hi Ken,
Please add Barrie Brettoner to the list of organists for this theatre.
I’ll email you a chronology of dad’s musical activities.
kind regards
Hi Ken,
