1922 photo looking East on Main Street in Windsor. This incarnation of the Windsor Theatre can be seen as the first building on the left. Interestingly, the first vacant lot as you move right, just past the two small, one story buildings (4 doors down) is where the 3rd, final and longest-lasting version of the Windsor Theatre was eventually built 8 years later in 1930. Today, it looks very similar with those first 4 buildings still standing and the 5th lot is again empty-just like in the photo-as the 1930 Windsor Theatre was demolished.
