This is looking from the middle of the lobby towards the auditorium doors. You can see the mirrored and brass doors in the left edge of the t picture. The stairway to the offices and store rooms was on the left just before the square arch and the refreshment stand was on the other side of the arch also on the left as was the stairway down to the men’s room. The box office was behind me when I took this picture in 1959 just before we closed for good.
This was 1926 or before, Walter Reade Remodeled and expanded into the Kingston Theatre with a new Fly Stage, expanded auditorium and new Marquee. Also the Church shown in the picture was moved in 1926

Barney ( can’t remember his Last name but he was Irish) was the Doorman for years right up until the Theatre closed in the early 60’s
