I am seeking information on restoration grants, grants for digital projection and sound conversion, and other support for the Inland Theater (opened in 1940), Martin, SD. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

“A new theatre, the Inland, was constructed across the street the latter part of 1939 by Mr. and Mrs. C.E. Bradshaw. The Inland opened in January, 1940, playing The Under Pup. Subsequent owners were Mr. and Mrs. Tom McKee and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Nelson.”
The Inland Theater operates 3 days per week showing one movie. It is also used by a local church and as a venue for special shows, most recently, the Potter Family Christmas Show in December 2011. The Theater is owned by the Claussen family. Currently seeking grant restoration info.
Chuck, can you tell us something about the digital conversion for this theater. I heard something about how the community rescued this theater
