Sorry, I must correct the previous post. I drove past the Roxy in Mobile recently (02/16) and the building is very much still there. It is used as a church now but little of the outside has changed.
The parking lot is now paved. When it was still in business the parking lot was mostly grass with a small portion being shelled. I worked there while in High School.
I am pretty sure the man on the left is Gene Williams the manager there for many years. The other gentleman is Mr. Weldon Limroth who was in upper management for Giddens and Rester Theatres. I worked at the Bel Air Cimema in 1970-1971.
