I noticed that the Star theater is not marked on the street map of Clendenin. It was located on Main St. On the east side and just 4 doors back from the curve going in to Maywood ave. it was the larger, of the two theaters and used to have live entertainment from time to time. I saw Flat and Scruggs there a youngster. That part of main St. Was actually south, not north Main St. Like it is noted on your map. Thank you for having this web page.
