BTW this was open at least as far back as August, 1950 because I found a partial playbill with that date (playing Cagney’s G Men (1935), Tobacco Road (1941) & Johnny Stool Pigeon (1949) among others)
If you look on the map to the left of the bushy patch (across highway 5) there are 2 buildings, the one to the south is the Howell home which seems to have been abandoned in the 1980s but is still standing & not in bad shape considering (you can see the garage roof has collapsed in the aerial photo)
