Just heard from someone in pearsall that the theater is reopening soon.

As far as I know it was torn down. I went to search for it from where my dad said it was . All there was was a parking lot.

I would really like to find the owner to find out if this is for sale. Yes I know its in bad shape but thats okay. Anyone??
