Since I own this theater, perhaps the real skinny on this theater would be of interest. Post, Tx, is a great little town. It’s a breath of fresh air from the fast pace of city life. Anyone who would like a place to live along with a business can do just that: loft for living arrangements, eaterie by day, entertainment by night, and home all the time. It can make a nice retirement income for anyone who wants to put a little work into promoting. Yes, it was bought for a song, but we have also put money into the theater and some sweat equity. And it is a great old theater. The oxen from the sky mural backdrop is a heart warming sight coming into the theater.
