I have to question if the concept and location is less a movie lovers theater then a resturant/lifestyle concept. The demographics of Pasadena-strongly white and old money affluent-point to the “gated community” movie theater idea. The Pacific’s Arclight is showing a pullback on customer service and if business is down Palace Theatre.50 a ticket plus $2.00 for parking imagine $30.00 plus. Few people from the Westside of LA drive to Pasadena to eat or shop. To see a movie? Maybe once.
