I worked at the Bradlick for a few months before it closed. It had in the neighborhood of 850 seats. (which was HUGE being in the corner of that shopping center!) There was a nice lobby with a small box office, and you would walk up a set of stairs to concessions and the theater. It was owned by the Circle/Showcase company.
The last safety patrol movie was shown in Dec 1984/Jan 1985. It was “Dune”. I worked here for a few weeks until an opening came up at Bradlick Theatre (also in the Circle/Showcase company). Officially, Fairfax Circle had 1,169 seats.

Worked at Annandale, and would visit Springfield twin alot – loved the rocking chairs. Both run by NTI (Neighborhood theatres).
