Golds Gym is in there now and the light is looks so gloomy and dark. It’s completely remodeled, so there is no indication that it was ever a theater. however, on the outside, the window looks like what could have been where people got their tickets.
I have a question. I remember walking down a long (or it felt like that anyways) hall with a some posters on the left and then that hall would connect from the mall to the theatre. is this the theatre I’m thinking of?
I’m sorry, I don’t mean to post three posts in a row. I guess my other question is, if it was in the tysons corner mall, then what part of the mall was I thinking of? What do they have there now?
I don’t think fairfax mall had a movie theatre then, I don’t remember. We prob wouldn’t have driven that way since we were coming from Sterling, va. I was looking on this site and did see some other tysons mall (Forget the name now) so I’m wondering if that’s it.
I’m trying to remember something. I remember in the early 90’s when I was a kid, I went with my dad to see Aladden. We were at the mall, and I remember walking down a very long hall that connected the mall to the theatre. (Well, probably long for a kid) and there were posters on the wall I think cause I remember seeing a Toy story poster a few years later at a b-day party after seeing the Big Green) Anyways, it seemed like it was one floor. I went back to this theatre and mall about two years ago and it looked completely different and new. I’m wondering if I’m remembering the same place. cause I dont
It was then a pub, a place for line dancing etc. Now it’s Rio Cantinas night club
This is so cool. I have been in there so many times playing the Laser tag. I never knew that it used to be a movie theater inside.
