The owner has been trying to sell the building (which includes the theater and 2 small retail spaces) for several years. It is vastly overpriced for the location (no parking, no room for building expansion and in a location that becomes a wasteland once Labor Day hits). It will be difficult to make the financials work so that the building can continue operating as a theater if it sells anywhere near its asking price.
