A few months ago the money strapped Regal folks got rid of all the ticket booth help for the nice boxoffice for the Regal 9 on Pacific Ave in downtown Santa Cruz. You buy your admission ticket from the popcorn stand in the lobby. No class anymore for UA/Regal, It’s all about saving money.
