I drove by there a few years after it closed and can remember seeing a poster for The Haunting. So I’m guessing it closed late 1999/early 2000.
I recall seeing ads in the AJC for it in the late 90’s/early 2000’s
Where was the former theater space located?
I think they might be closed again, they haven’t shown a movie in months… http://www.venturecinema.net/showtimes/
Anyone know anything about the theater right around the corner from this one? Was in the old K-Mart shopping center.
The building is still standing. They removed the signage but looks about the same as it did when it closed.

Photo taken right before demolition.
Closed June 8, 1995 and property was taken over by Phoenix High School. Any additional information on this location would be greatly appreciated!
Demolished January 2019
Drove by last week, the entire shopping center has been demolished.
