With the “competition” building up with Regal Dole Cannery and Consolidated Ward, they switched from first-run movies to Art House. If I remembered correctly, they had a 5 year-something contract to do so. With attendance on the decline, they switched from Art House to second run movies.

This theater got renovated because the flood that happened a few years back.
