One picture summarized moviegoing at the Festival Discount Mall. Certainly, the mall owners wouldn’t spend the money to rebrand the theater and its signage outside to the Festival. But what about $10 in paint to mask the AMC logo chipped off of the side…? Of course not. When the mall went down, so did artist Doris Looper’s skylight airplane fins.
