At this time, the Pajaro Valley Arts Council was beginning to present concerts on the refurbished stage of the Fox. Note “Music Festival” on the center panel of the marquee. This referred to a concert by guitarist and electronic music composer Ralph Towner, as part of the Cabrillo Music festival.
