The Pantheon Theatre received major refurbishing every 20 years. This is a shot of the $35,000 redo of the Pantheon in which all of its original architectural charm was removed in favor of a conservative streamlined modern approach. In 1960, it would receive a more devastating makeover. And in 1971, it would be razed.
