The railaroad-themed “The Signal Tower” film was playing at the Grand in Tracy on March 11-12, 1925 so manager Charles Fraler created this atmospheric front using actual railroad track with switches and lanterns to create this eye-catching promo in front of the theatre. People at the neighboring Tracy Restaurant also couldn’t help looking at the display.
