Nice shot of the Branford Theatre auditorium by the legendary Underwood & Underwood photograpy studio. The shot shows the murals flanking each side of the proscenium as well as the orchestra pit. The description on this site says the Branford auditorium was a “big barn” without architectural distinction – I disagree.

Wow it was elaborate and beautiful. Fancy barn-LOL. What a waste to tear down such a handsome building. Detail is amazing. Ceiling and walls are lovely.
