The United Theatre Corporation commissioned this drawing from architects Dyer and Nadherny in the vacinity of the Aristo to be the Orient Theatre and apartment complex with retail. Not sure if it got built on what once was Ogden Ave. Kind of hard to know since that stretch of Ogden Ave. is long gone.
