An interior cleaning of the floor and seats at the Grant Theatre which had closed on February 1, 1960. With a faculty advisor from Grant High School, students took on the theatre in the Fall term in 1960 relaunching November 19, 1960. This unique project lasted two years until a fire destroyed the theater’s auditorium.
