A brilliant front in 1920 by Grand Circus savior and manager Jack Mowatt for “Nomads of the North.” The Grand Circus fell on hard times when the Madison and Adams palaces opened nearby so Mowatt got the Grand Circus and used showmanship to milk some more years out of the old location.
