It’s 1984 and the 15-year run of the Forum as boarded-up is about to end. The building to its left is going to become a high-end living complex called The Forum and the former Forum and the building to its left will be updated to contemporary retail spaces. After further review, The Forum plans are not executed but the theater is; the former Forum Theater is razed at year’s end.
