This photo is NOT the Alhambra at any time in its history, and certainly not in the 1930s, shortly before its demolition. The Alhambra of 1882-1936 didn’t have a pair of stage boxes, and didn’t have a semi-circular proscenium arch, which was actually square. It also didn’t have gallery balustrading as depicted. It looks like a Matcham job to me; but which - and where - I’m not sure.
