Looking at stage area, where screen would have been. The theatre only operated in the early 1940s for a few months, so it never saw CinemaScope. Note the lower elevation of the exit at L… this was the original level of the (sloped) auditorium floor at that position (see also demolition photos). The raised flooring was added to allow the use of the building for a standard business. While constructed as a theatre, for most of the building’s life it was a furniture store.
