NW Hi-Way Drive-In 3215 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City...May 7th, 1947.
You needn’t be curious any longer about the strange looking building looming out of the prairie on the Northwest Highway about three-quarters of a mile west of May Ave. While at first glance it might look like something transplanted from Egypt, it really isn’t. It is an outdoor drive in theater being built by the Concho Construction Co., for the Starlight Amusement Corp. NW Hi-Way Drive In.
