Courtesy of Edward Tryon - That Gambles store was the Laurel Theatre location next to one of the city’s banks. The Laurel Theatre lasted into the television age became a Gamble’s class then a local hardware store. A fire on February 21, 2013 destroyed the corner, former bank building but spread to the former theatre building leading to its demolition.
