Photographed in 1935. The gold and silver fountain grilles which are situated within the auditorium splay walls I find more lavish than those designed for the Sister cinema, the Heathway at Dagenham. That said sadly the sculptured fish swimming in the grilles below are not visible. Perhaps there were problems with the grilles being much wider here, than those at the Heathway.
