Never a good sign when the volunteer fire department has an inferno on its hands. That Milam was gutted by fire on July 27, 1961 ending its run and eagle eye’s will spot the attractor in the middle of the shot. The theatre’s walls held but in 1972, strong winds toppled one of the roof-less building’s walls and the theatre was razed.
