Why tear this down, it’s a wonderful example of early theaters. It could be sold to the neighborhood and made into a Jr. performing arts theater. Think of the future generations that will never see such an early art design on the walls, ceilings and the stage itself is a work of art. The building is brick for goodness sakes… Let’s not destroy our past beautiful buildings that have such character and memories from our past theater times. What a shame to tear down history, and for what some modern building with no character at all… WHY??
