We talk about the importance of the Rock Creek Bridge to the drive-in - this circa 1993 photo of the bridge shows just how close the screen is. I found it in Facebook’s Vintage St. Louis & Route 66 group. Not my copyright, of course, and I don’t know where the group got it.
