When the Stansfield Drug Store moved out of the Coe Block, the Manavista Theatre took its spot becoming a neighbor to the Manavista Hotel. According to reports, a pedestrian bridge then connected the Hotel to its namesake theater in 1914. An Opera House was located on the second floor.
