Landmark’s Theatre DelMar has run out of the black plastic X marquee letters so that they put up this week Maxine not MaXXXine. The whole neon marquee does not work very good. The Theatre is owned by the city Of Santa Cruz CA and Landmark does a lease, they won’t fix anything. At least they put up on the marquee what is playing inside every week. The surround sound is Iffy and the curtains are not used. I wonder if Landmark will renew Its lease.
