My first return to a movie theater since the COVID pandemic, or March 2020, was on May 2, 2023 when I entered the Marcus Pickerington Cinemas to see “John Wick 4.” After that movie, I went almost every week through November on Value Tuesday, $6 admission and always bought a tub of popcorn for $4.50, after buying a tub for $20, two hot dogs at $2 each, and a small beverage. Unfortunately, because of illness, I have not made it back to the movies this year.
