The cinema closed to become an early Morrison’s supermarket. (Family sized Weetabix for 2/2 = 11p) Morrison’s went bigger and purpose-built on land behind and, I think, the cinema became a furnishings or carpet shop (a familiar pattern, not on the carpet but what happens to old cinemas!)
