Description Princess Theatre (originally the Bijou Picture Palace) closing down with a sign ‘Last nights of this Theatre’ on the street frontage. Joe Gardiner the bootman is at 839 George Street on the far left and there is a Model T delivery truck out the front. A vegetable seller has a stall behind the parked truck. A Hansom Cab is on the right near the Marcus Clark Building.
