Frame captured from 16mm film, originally shot in 1970 by Jim Monks during the conversion from a single screen to a triple.
This shows the interior of the new projection box, constructed in the former circle foyer area above the new theatres. This positioning meant a mirror system was required to project onto the screens in the three theatres below.
Apparently, the projectors being installed here were older than what was taken out of the old single screen box.
