Opened by Village Cinemas chain as a twin screen cinema in 1994, it was designed by SMA Architects. The Bendigo Cinemas is a modern multiplex serving the gold mining town of Bendigo, north of Melbourne. In 1997, five additional screens were added. - Ken Roe
