“Closed for Repairs” goes up on the Capitol marquee on April 23, 1974 meaning one of two things for the 53-year old dying moving palace: 1) There’s actually an X-rated film called “Closed for Repairs” playing or 2) the operators have bolted in the middle of the night. I’d go with #2.
