A Tale of Two Cities: (1965)
The Drexel, still in 2026, a working movie theater, is located in Bexley. The (New) Main in Columbus, the structure still standing, has for several decades, stopped operating as a movie theater. The buildings are only separated by less than 1.5 miles on East Main Street. Coincidentally, both theaters opened on the same day on December 25, 1937. Source: Columbus Dispatch, April 10, 1965
