Photo Chris Levi - There are two 35mm projectors sitting on the verge in front of the Historic Miners cottage, or if you like directly opposite the Andamooka Post Office”. - What makes his find interesting is that the Anamorphics (which were once very valuable) are still attached to the projectors. A quick phone call to Andamooka and I find the projectors came out of the (now closed) Andamooka Drive in theatre. The Drive-in was run by Gino Scopel and his wife, Sylvana, they formally acquired and took over the operations of the Andamooka Drive-In cinema in 1971.
