Leff and Beglichet of the Star come up with a novel way to promote “Fifth Avenue Models” in 1925. They arrange for free clothes from local merchants and bring crowds in to select who should be the next Fifth Ave. model. It suggests that the Star had both an indoor stage and a roof stage, as well.
