This is a picture of the Paramount’s 3/28 Wirlitzer Organ No. 2121. “Talkies” ended the silent film era, so the order for the organ was almost canceled. In the end, it was delivered. Today it resides at the Gould Studio in Maple Valley, Washington. Note the French Racoco style to compliment Rapp & Rapp’s architectural style for the interior. In 1980 Gould rescued the organ from Pizza & Pipes when it closed. He has since rebuilt and expanded the instrument’s capabilities.
