I have no record of there being a Jerry Lewis Cinema, operating under that name in King of Prussia. The photo of Lewis and Shapiro and the plaque looks like the 1963 opening. The plaque must have been a gag at that time - it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with a “Jerry Lewis Cinema”. More careful newspaper research of 1970-1973 needs to confirm. Unfortunately I don’t have access to the newspapers of this particular area. It’s easy to tell the photo is from 1963.
