This isn’t the Manhattan but the near neighboring Regent owned by the same company. In 1915, the Comerford owned Regent Theatre opened at 303 Lackawanna and here’s a great photo of that theater with a Tom Mix mobile advertisement for “The Deadwood Coach” in 1925 with the Regent in the background and advertised on the stagecoach door.
