September 1975 photo credit Jim Schroeder. Description credit Cedarburg History Museum. “September 1975 when the Rivoli was owned by Marcus Corp. and was being remodeled to a more colonial look. Can see more of the original Boerner Department Store bones with this project. The fairly recent "Revive the Rivoli” brought it back to it’s original Art Deco look including the marquee."
